Q. Can I pay by PayPal? 
Yes, we accept PayPal and there is a PayPal payment option upon Checkout. PayPal is a preferred payment method.

Q. Are my Credit Card details safe? 
Yes. Our online store sends credit card details through to us in an obscured format that only we can reconstruct. For complete reassurance, we are happy to accept credit card details over the telephone during office hours and to process them at our EFTPOS terminal. Q. I’m getting a message saying that my item exceeds maximum postal size?
This usually means that the Aust Post calculator is indicating that the item is too large to be sent via Australia Post. Please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a quote for courier transport to your address.

Q. How much does it cost to courier a work of art?
The following courier transport prices are a guide to major cities and may vary depending on postcode:

    Sydney: $122.70 (inc. GST)
    Canberra: $122.70 (inc. GST)
    Brisbane: $172.20 (inc. GST)
    Noosa: $208.50 (inc. GST)
    Adelaide: $122.70 (inc. GST)
    Perth: $383.40 (inc. GST)

Q. Can delivery of multiple works of art be combined?
Yes, mutliple works of art can be combined and sent to a single address at discounted rates. Please contact use to arrange a quote.

Q. What are your postage fees?
Our online store uses the Australia Post shipping tool to calculate postage cost based on the packaged work of art's dimensions, weight, our postcode location and your postcode that was entered when registering. 

$3.05 is automatically added to each postal calculation to cover Registered post. All items are sent Registered post to ensure your goods are safely received.

$5.00 is automatically added to each postal calculation to cover packaging and handling fees.

Postage quotes can be calculated by first registering with our website. The store will use your postcode from your registered details to calculate cost of postage once an item is in the shopping cart. Alternatively, we can quote cost of postage over the telephone.

Q. I'm in the Melbourne area, can I arrange to pick up my work of art?
Yes. Please click the 'Pickup' option when completing your order at the Checkout. Postage costs will then be excluded. We will then contact you to arrange an appointment to pick up your work of art.

Q. I'm interested in a work of art in your store, but would like to preview it first?
Certainly. Please contact us, either from the contact page, or by inquiring directly through a work of art in the store and we are happy to arrange an appointment to preview at our Prahran showroom.

Q. Do you accept purchases over the telephone?
Yes. Please feel welcome to contact us via telephone – full details on the contact page. We can arrange any purchases over the phone, including postage quotes.

Q. Do you post framed works of art with glass?
Please note Australia Post does not take responsibility for breakage of glass in an insurance claim. The glass can be removed from the frame free of charge, upon request. During packing the glass is secured by masking tape, protected by thick board and cushioned with multiple layers of bubble wrap. A condition of purchase is that buyer takes full responsibility.

Q. Are posted works of art insured with Postal Insurance?
Items to the value of $100 are insured by Australia Post. For items over $100 insurance is optional. Postal Insurance can be proved upon request.

Q. Do you accept offers on works of art? 
Yes. We will consider all offers communicated to us less than 20% of the advertised price.
